Shipping Policy

1. Where do we ship?
We currently ship to almost every city in India. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on offering it soon.

A. Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 24 working hours. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days during peak periods (festive sales, product launches, or promotions).

B. Shipping Time:
All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that external factors (postal delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events) may occasionally cause delays.

C. Order tracking:

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use the link provided to track your order in real time.

Free shipping
 We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders under that value will receive a ₹25 shipping charge. 


2. Cancellations

A. How to cancel

  • Write to us at support@tucokids.com or call us at +91 9207245500 (Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm)(Saturday-Sunday, 10am-1pm)
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

B. Eligible Cancellations:

Cancellations are eligible only when they are made before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.

C. Refunds on cancellation

  • Eligible cancellations receive a full refund.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: refunds cannot be issued to a different card/account.
