Returns & Refunds

We take pride in creating safe, effective natural products suitable for all skin types. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

Important: Please record an unboxing video while opening your package for faster resolution. Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

A. Eligible returns/replacements

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage)
  • Missing product

Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with pictures and an unboxing video.

B. Steps to request a return/refund

  1. Raise a request via Email (support@tucokids.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9207245500) with your order ID, pictures, and unboxing video.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 working hours.
  3. If approved, our courier partner will collect the product.
  4. Once received and verified, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

C. Non-refundable cases

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery.
