How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Whatsapp.You can use that link to track for order.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Yes, absolutely we do have a Cash On Delivery option for all our orders.
What are the different ways I can order Tuco Kids products?
You can order Tuco products online from various stores
including www.tucokids.in, Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry and Nykaa. We’re also available on Instamart and Blinkit in certain cities. In case you want to place a bulk order, please contact our customer care at email: support@tucokids.com or Mobile: 9207245500 for assistance.
What is the standard time of delivery?
Once you place the order, it is shipped within 2 business days and you can expect it to be delivered within 4-5 business days.
Do you ship outside India?
No. We currently ship in India only.
How do I return my order?

How can I modify my order?
We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, it cannot be modified. However, you can contact us via support@tucokids.com or WhatsApp: 9207245500 and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I modify/change my payment mode?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be altered.
I am unable to make the payment

My money has been deducted, but my order is not confirmed
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. If you don’t receive it, rest assured that any deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. My order was returned without any delivery attempt
