Yes. All Tuco Kids products are dermatologist-tested and clinically evaluated to ensure they are safe for children's skin and hair.

4. Do Tuco Kids products contain sulphates or parabens?
No. Tuco Kids products are free from sulphates, parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrances, and other harsh chemicals commonly found in adult personal care products.

7. Are Tuco Kids products cruelty-free?
Yes. Tuco Kids products are not tested on animals. We are committed to ethical and responsible formulation practices.
8. Are the products suitable for children with eczema or skin allergies?
Our products are free from common irritants and allergens. However, if your child has a diagnosed skin condition, we recommend doing a patch test first and consulting your paediatrician.
9. Do your products contain any artificial fragrances?
No. We use only mild, skin-safe scents. Our products do not contain harsh synthetic fragrances that can irritate children's skin.
Using Tuco Kids Products
10. How often should I use Tuco Kids shampoo on my child's hair?
For most children, 2–3 times a week is ideal. Children with particularly active lifestyles or curly hair types may benefit from more or less frequent washing.
11. Can I use Tuco Kids products on my toddler?
Yes, Tuco Kids products are safe for children aged 3 and above. For children under 3, please consult your paediatrician before use.
12. Can adults use Tuco Kids products?
Absolutely. Tuco Kids products are gentle enough for the whole family. Many parents use them alongside their children.
13. Do I need to use the full Tuco Kids range together?
No. Each product works independently. However, using products from the same range together is designed to give the best results.
Orders & Shipping
14. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
15. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.
16. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, Tuco Kids ships within India only. We are working on expanding internationally — stay tuned.
17. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
18. What is your return policy?
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product (physical damage)
- Missing product
Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with pictures and an unboxing video.
19. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email support@tucokids.com with a photo of the product and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund it immediately.
